Minc Incubator is looking for an administrative coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and organised administrative coordinator to support the Minc incubator team.

You will take care of our administration, organise our events and run with a variety of ad- hoc projects throughout the year.

You will be an important part of a dedicated, dynamic and inclusive team to ensure that we deliver a seamless running of the 12-month incubator program at top notch quality to our startups.

  • Knowledge of G suite and generally tech-savvy
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish

ABOUT THE ROLE

Duties of the administrative co-ordinator include:

  • Running the reporting and administrative work around the incubator including preparing annual reports and documentation for Vinnova incubator reporting, expense claims and management.
  • Organising regular and ad-hoc events such as founders lunches, incubator after work, the Hatch and Minc Capital events. Manage scheduling, invitations, catering, room bookings, tech setup and liasing between relevant stakeholders.
  • Organising and scheduling teaching and presentation workshops throughout the year with various external and internal stakeholders. Managing calendars and organising time slots for partners and incubator companies. Follow up on attendance and relevant incubator reporting.
  • Support the incubator coaches with regular and ad hoc administrative tasks such as travel bookings, company surveys, presentation preparations etc.
  • Support Minc’s communications team with relevant content and copy from various news and events from the incubator where needed, such as writing or submitting relevant copy for the newsletter, taking photos of new companies and looking after the day-to-day social media coverage relevant to the incubator.

The role is a full-time project employment, with possiblity to extend to a permanent role.
