  • You are a visionary and know how to execute and get things done
  • You have great communication skills and that you’re good at applying them online and offline - some of the online tools we use include Slack, Google Docs and Google Sheets

Since we started out only three years ago,

  • Fast Track Malmö has become one of the most popular accelerators in Europe, with an acceptance rate of 1%
  • Built a  portfolio from all around Europe with more than 50% of the investments having a female co-founder.
  • Our startups have a follow on funding rate of 88%.
  • Raised the co-investment scheme  Fast Track Capital I & II, with our structure in planning.
  • Our Demo Day has grown to the largest investment day in southern Sweden, attracting more than 100 investors from all over the world
  • The accelerator was voted the best Startup Accelerator Programme in Sweden in 2017

Fast Track Malmö is part of Minc, the startup house of Malmö, and an important part of the startup ecosystem in the south of Sweden. The Head of Accelerator reports directly to Jeanette Andersson, the CEO of Minc. You will complete the team together with Nino, who has been working alongside Heidi and Joel during the past two years. This is a great opportunity to join in our mission to grow southern Sweden’s startup community and help amazing startups and founders.

Apply by sending a CV and a cover letter to hello@fasttrackmalmo.com. We will evaluate the applications continuously and want our future colleague to start in September. The deadline for the application is August 10th and it will be a full-time position.
